An easy to grow plant that come with a variety different coloured leaves and flowers, which makes them highly collectible. A succlent plant which needs very little water and care to keep looking it best.

Its low maintenance requirements and stunning appearance make it a fantastic choice for those looking to add some effortless elegance to their plant collection.

Country of Origin:

  • Native to the southern states of the USA and Mexico.

Size:

  • Reaches up to 12 inches (31cm) in height and in width in 3 - 10 years.

Flowering:

  • Bell shaped flowers in oranges and yellows that appear during summer months.

Lifespan

  • With the right care this plant can live between 3 - 30 years.

Toxicity

  • This plant is not poisonous to humans and pets.

Care Guide:

  • Light: Being a succulent these plants love bright and direct light for at least 8 hours a day. The more light the better. They would do well in a south facing window.

  • Water: These plants need very little water as they store the water in their leaves. Water lightly when the soil is compleltey dry at least once every 3 weeks in the summer and once every 6 weeks in the winter months. Do not allow the pot to become overly moist.

    As a rule of thumb water 20ml per 10cm of pot for this plant.

    This plant will handle British unfiltered tap water.

  • Humidity: This plant does best in low humidity and dry conditions 30% - 50% RH is ideal.

  • Temperature: This plant prefers heat and should be kept warm at all costs. Do not place it outside during the Autunm, Winter or Spring. 18 - 32c is the opitmum temperature for Echeveria.
